PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED 2026-09-03

What we can see

Short version: we do not know what you download. The five points below are the whole policy — the rest is detail.

01

Loading this page talks to our server. Nothing else does.

Opening a page on our site requests that page and its styles, scripts and images — the same request any website makes. Your browser's normal request data (page address, browser version, IP) is what our host sees. Beyond serving the page, we send nothing back and build no profile of you. The one exception is the feedback page: when you press Send, the fields you filled in are posted to our mail endpoint and emailed to us. Nothing leaves the page until you press it.

02

The video address never leaves your browser.

The download runs in the extension. All it pushes to this page is a handful of numbers and a title: parts done, bytes saved, current speed, task state. The video address, the playlist address and the site you are watching are never sent here.

03

No sign-up, no account.

No login, no email, no profile. There is nothing of yours on our side to keep.

04

Scripts are unobfuscated. Check for yourself.

This page's scripts ship as written, not crushed into something unreadable. Open DevTools, watch the network tab, and confirm point two yourself.

05

This page carries Google ads and analytics.

They collect data under Google's own policies. They cannot see what you are downloading — the video address never enters what this page is able to send.

VERIFY IT YOURSELF

1. Open a download page on this site while the extension is running.
2. Press F12 and open the Network tab.
3. Watch: only this page's own files load. Nothing is posted anywhere.
4. View the page source — the script is plain, readable JavaScript.
