A tool, and the rules that come with it

VGrab is a browser tool. The videos are not ours — we neither host them nor send them. Three things worth stating plainly.

What the extension is

Software that runs in your browser and saves media your browser can already play. It provides no content of its own, hosts nothing, and unlocks nothing.

What you download is your responsibility

You decide what to save and what to do with it, and you are responsible for respecting copyright, the terms of the sites you visit, and the law where you live. Personal, permitted use only.

Protected content is refused

When content is encrypted with digital rights management, the extension recognises it, tells you plainly that it cannot be saved, and stops. We do not work around protection measures.
